Ideal for holding Ready-To-Serve foods at desired temperatures. They operate on 208/230 volts, they are low amperage draw and very efficient units with lots of hot-power if you need it. A 10 Position thermostat control knob adjusts a large wrap around heating coil for fast heating and temperature adjustments.

Pans, lids and roll-top cover are included in the price. Units have been deep cleaned and have new electric cords with correct NEMA #6-15P plugs. Units are designed to be easily cleaned and the waterless design reduces food sticking to the insert pans. This all adds up to three very economical units to own and maintain.

GAS TACO RANGE By WOLF RANGE CO. Compton, CA. IN EXCELLENT NEAR NEW CONDITION!!! This is a very low use unit which has been COMPLETELY REFURBISHED to "near new" condition. Five burners (5) in a row for all sizes of pots including extra-heavy pots and pans. Three (3) "loop" burners with single controls producing 30,000 BTU each, PLUS two (2) "star/circle" burners with separate controls for star and circle producing 20,000 on the STAR and 20,000 on the CIRCLE for a TOTAL 40,000 BTU each burner. One of the most versatile pieces of kitchen equipment made. Wolf designed the "Taco Range" for the growing Mexican Food industry and they caught on as a powerful tool for the rest of the cooking industry.

This is the "DELUX" model with STAINLESS STEEL front panels, drip pans, legs and under-shelf and four ball bearing swivel casters with wheel locks. The square steel framework around the burners are sized for "G-I Pans" (see picture of G-I pan and lid). The range also accepts all sizes of round pots and pans.
