Nice 1+ BR in beautiful historic home converted to six apartments. Great neighbors in the house and great location - easy bike ride to downtown or walk to grocery, antique stores, and Grateful Bread (best soup in town!) Sunny third floor apartment with wood floors. Entire unit just repainted. Kitchen and living room have open floor plan with a bar for eating; Newer gas stove and refrigerator, double stainless steel sink. Main bedroom is large with wood floors and tall ceilings. Second room (the "+" in "1+") has new carpet with double french doors and has been used for office or sometimes a second bedroom. Bathroom is smaller but has giant clawfoot bathtub for soaking; new vanity and sink. Apartment is all electric with heat pump furnace and central air. Tenant pays electric only; I pay water, trash, and recycling. Intercom entry at front door let's you talk to guests and buzz them in from your apartment. Coin-op washer dryer in laundry room in basement. Offstreet parking in the back with one spot for each apartment. Deposit is the same as a month's rent $625.00. Cat OK if spayed or neutered. One time pet deposit of $156.25.
