Grade mare, 14 hh. Rides western. Has been ridden English, but needs a lot of work for it. Started on barrels. 6 yrs old. Gives lessons and loves kids. Trail rides. Loads, stands for farrier and vet, ties. No kick, bite, lunge, buck. Not "mareish". Loves to run, has more go than whoa. Definitely not a beginners horse. Does have medical issues and needs shod, but will only discuss with seriously interested parties.

On site lease $200/month includes tack and locker usage. 3 arenas (one indoor heated). Lounge. Trails. 2 fields. Not responsible for any vet/farrier/boarding bills.
Off site lease $1000/month + vet/farrier references and boarding reference if not on own property. Not responsible for farrier bills. Not responsible for the usual vet bills.
Sale price $20,000 because we have no intent on selling her.
