Murphy Compensation Cup with GOLD SERIES Syrup Hydrometer SKU: SL-GOLD along with cleaning brushes, Skimmer Ladle Screen and filters. To reverse the flow, you close the valve to the float pan, disconnect the union joint, move the pan to the other side and connect it to the union joint.
Home Built Reverse osmosis unit 36” x 18” included. One pre filter (included) and 3 three stage RO membrane housings in series (you must supply the membranes) along with extra fitting.

To help you finish you syrup there is a Chefs 6 quart stainless steel pail with clear lid, handle and tip handle, a 6 quart funnel with filter and Milwaukee MA871 Digital Brix Refractometer.
Finally to keep you dry, there is an 10 x 8 metal frame for a shack. You need to prove the plastic to go over it.
The evaporator was new in 2019 and used for two seasons. I packed all this away after the 2020 season and we moved to Nebraska. I has been in storage for 1 year and then sitting in my insulated garage for the last 4 years. I’m 70 and will not be making syrup any more.
