The bread was simple to make and turned out great, with a light even texture and nice crust! This “Mini” size makes a 1-lb. loaf that’s perfect for a single person or couple, and has a timer setting so you can put the ingredients in in the evening and wake up to a warm loaf of freshly baked bread. It also will mix and knead dough for making cookies, pasta, or rolls, and can even make fruit jam!
