Mobile home and home repair. Appliance installs. range hoods, stoves, washer, dryers, lights, electric, light plumbing toilets etc.
General maintenance, repair and trouble shooting. 2 Hr. minimum. $29.00 hourly. Paid at end of each day.
Please do not call me if you are looking for a "Contractor" to offer you a bid/Estimate.
Several listings here with "handy man" that offer Free Estimates and Quotes. When I arrive at
the Job site. I expect to start working immediately. No job too small. 2hr minimum charge.
If you are willing to pay. The 2 hr minimum. I can give you an estimate on a project that will be 10hrs+ to complete. If I get the
job. 1 Hr will be deducted from the total hrs to complete your project.
I will assist a home owner/Landlord on a project they are working on.

" Quickly checked, cleaned some minor repairs; painted. Made ready several apartments.
Recently completed a 150 ft wrap around custom height extension of a fence. To keep a German Sheppard jumper from jumping
out of the back yard.
" Installed a custom door. Into a hallway. That never had a door.
Recently trouble shooted a single stage central air unit. Replaced thermostat brain.
Recently finished a remodel of a 40s era mobile home. Repaired plumbing,roof,front doors, electric and painted the interior.
Rebuilt 10 year old+ 2 flight out door staircase hit by car.
Repaired living room ceiling. Damaged by water from a bath tub spill. Customer quote. "You r a handyman of many talents"
Installed grab bars in a fiber glass shower stall. Grab bars around bath tub.
Demolished 2nd floor, 3rd floor attic of an odd igloo wooden building 2,000 sf.
Using the scrap beams. Built extended floor on the main floor.
1000 sf basement remodel. Bathroom, sheet rock walls, some framing, ceiling, outlets.
Replaced defective garbage disposal. Replaced broken and loose tiles. caulked bathroom.
Painted a two car garage and shed with a Professional paint spray gun.
Installed a 1200 square foot laminate floor
Rebuilt a 100 year old deck at 1212 Rose street. Repaired soffits. Installed PVC drains in basement. Repaired sheet rock walls in basement. Removed black mold from basement. Cleaned out basement and back yard.
Built a Menards plastic Shed for senior customer.
Painted bedroom walls. Fixed door locks.
Replaced jamb leg of a broken garden apartment exterior hung door
Installed a custom 3 piece wrap around shower. Replaced rotted sheetrock sub wall around shower
Hung several custom Venetian blinds in a house recently.
Hung new closet folding doors.
Repaired an Apartment front door frame that had been pushed in ; crow barred. It now requires a battering ram to take the door down !
Removed vintage plumbing from a shower bath tub. Installed new copper pipes. Replaced rotted
sheet rock. Installed wrap around plastic shower wall.
Trouble shoot-ed a short circuit that disabled 14 motel P.T.A.C units. Fixed it !
Finished shoring up a 30 year old out door wooden staircase. Sanded scraped and repainted. Passed building inspection !
Interior demolition of Plaster walls in an old house who's owner is re-modeling.
Tore down a rotted shed in the back of a house.
Assisted home owner in installing a French door where a small window had been.
Installed interior ; exterior hung doors in a major remodel.
Assisted Home Owner in moving several electrical outlets, adding junction boxes; auxiliary
breaker panel.
Covered old broken leaky tile in a bathroom with white plastic panels. Repaired leaky tub drain.
Assisted home owner with interior demolition-walls. Installed new compactor. Mounted new front door and frame with trim.
Recently repaired bathroom floor in which the sub-floor had warped/buckled and was water logged. Repaired the leaky pipes which caused this. Installed new toilet. Re-installed sink width pedestal.
Repaired rebuilt 4 window interior Sub frames that had rotted due to leaks. installed new Trim and stopped the leaks. Re-installed the windows.

Unless I agree to other arrangements. Payment for services rendered is daily.
I can pick up materials required. But I charge for my services hourly ? Screws , scrap wood I always have on hand.
