Looking for a grad student or young professional roommate to share my apartment with my golden retriever and myself. You can sign the lease for any amount of months you would like, up until November 30th when mine is up. Unless you want to ask management for longer.

About the place: Two story apartment on second floor/third floors. All utilities are included. Two bedroom/one bath. One bedroom is on the main floor along with the living room/kitchen/bathroom/balcony. The other is upstairs with a walk-in closet and a random sink (I guess you can brush your teeth in it?). I am currently using the downstairs room as my bedroom and don’t use the one upstairs. You would have the entire upstairs of the apartment to yourself which has a separate entry door, so you could use either door to go in and out.
About us: My golden retriever and I are grad students on East Campus and live about a five minute bike ride from there. He is allowed on the couch and thinks he is a lap dog, but weighs 95 pounds. He also loves laying out on the balcony. I’m allergic to shellfish and like to keep the place as minimalistic as possible.
I’m also highly allergic to cats, so unfortunately no cats please. However, emotional support dogs of any size are welcomed (obviously without deposit or rent payment) and all dogs under 25 pounds are allowed with $25 monthly rent payment. No deposit/fees are needed (unless management changed it).
The room is available as long as this post is not deleted. Please text me if you are interested, and include some info about yourself and when you are looking to move in/how many months you would like the lease to be.
