I do not know if this will work. I got it opened, not sure if it was used/registered. You can use quickbooks 30 days before registering if you just want to familiarize yourself with the software. It's no longer supported by quickbooks as it's old. It works with XP, Vista and i"m not sure who still has that on their computer, but I know this is selling on ebay so it must be useful.
