Advanced CDL-A Reefer Driver Position – Experienced Professionals Only

⭐ ADVANCED POSITION – Experience Required
We are looking for drivers who bring:
• Strong, recent reefer experience
• Safe, clean driving history
• Professional communication and customer service
• Reliable on-time performance
• Confidence running 48-state freight
• High personal standards on and off the road
This is not entry-level. We hire professionals — and we pay like it.
💰 Compensation – Starting at $0.56 CPM
Advanced drivers earn advanced pay.
Base Pay: $0.56 cents per mile
PLUS up to $0.02 CPM for meeting advanced experience criteria:
+ $0.01 CPM — Longevity
✔ Been with your current employer more than 1 year
+ $0.01 CPM — Fresh Experience
✔ 24+ months of reefer experience within the last 5 years
🔥 Monthly Performance Bonus – Up to an Additional $0.03 CPM
Earn extra every month by operating like a top-tier professional.
Drivers receive up to $0.03 CPM each month for meeting:
1️⃣ No at-fault accidents, incidents, claims, or HOS violations
2️⃣ Idle time under 20%
3️⃣ No at-fault service failures
Hit all three — earn the full $0.03 CPM bonus each month.
