I’m searching for a property to rent for keeping my 5 horses (I will provide care, hay, etc) where I can also run my small mental health support business. The space needs to be private or have the option for space for private work. Ideally, a small indoor arena would be amazing. My horses are fine on pasture with shelter, or a small stall barn (2 have seldom ever been stalled). We would also consider renting a home on a small acreage that is horse-ready. I am most interested in the north/northeast part of Lancaster County but not opposed to looking at other areas.
I am open to a boarding facility as well, with firm agreements in place related to my work.
I am fully insured and will provide a certificate of liability to the property owner(s). I am happy to provide information on my business upon request.
I am a clean, reliable horse owner who takes pride in whatever space I am renting.
